Kid's Memoir Workshop

With Laura Botsford

Every kid has got a story to tell! Unleash your child’s inner author and artist in this exciting, multi-session storytelling workshop!

Every kid has a story to tell, and this special workshop series helps them bring it to life!

Designed for children ages 4–12, participants will partner with a guardian alongside local author and illustrator Laura Botsford each week to write, edit, and illustrate a page of their very own life story.

By the end of the program, each child's work will be officially printed as a page in a collaborative community book.

We will celebrate our published authors with a grand book launch, reading, and reception on December 18th for family and friends. Just in time for the holidays!

Space and materials are limited so registration is required; please register only the participating child so we can keep an accurate headcount for the final book. Each session builds directly on the last, so please note that attendance at all weekly sessions is required to ensure your child's story is completed for the final book.
