Mindful May with UAMS

We're partnering with UAMS for a Mindful May!

Join us for a mid-Saturday mindfulness session with Dr. Pele Yu from the UAMS Mindfulness Program and our very own Shawn, the Garden Guy. Dr. Yu will start us off with a grounding meditation session and immersive sound bath for participants and then we'll transition to mindful art with Shawn for a neurographic art inspired activity.

This event is free and open to the public but space is limited and registration is required. Registration has been limited to 20 spots for ages 16 and up.
