Make an appointment to donate life-saving blood! We have 31 appointments to fill and each of these appointments represents up to 3 lives that will be saved! Walk-ins are always welcome, but appointments are honored first. Click here to make an appointment:

How to feel good when donating:

  • Eat well. Try to always include iron-rich foods. i.e., beef, pork, poultry, fish, nuts, raisins, spinach, and other dark, leafy greens.
  • Avoid eating fatty foods the night before and get a good night’s sleep.
  • Drink plenty of fluids in the days leading up to donating. Drinking water 30 minutes before giving blood has been found to improve the donation experience.

  • Someone needs blood every two seconds.
  • You can donate blood every 56 days, so donate as often as you can.
  • One donation can help save up to three lives.
