Join us for an evening celebrating local author, J.L. Avant!
The Faulkner County Library is excited to host local author, J.L. Avant for an Author Talk featuring her debut novel, Closure. Join us at 5:30 pm on Saturday, April 6th for light refreshments and a meet-and-greet with the author. You can get your copy of the novel signed by J.L. Avant at the event! At 6:00 pm we'll sit down and enjoy a sample of Closure read by the author followed by time for a Q&A.

About the author:
J.L. Avant is a graduate from the University of Central Arkansas. After completing a double major in English and Philosophy, Avant traveled nationally and internationally before coming back to Conway. She wrote and self-published her debut novel Closure, receiving outstanding reviews from readers and critics alike. Avant is a step-mother to five wonderful kids, and is married to her husband, her job, and her love for storytelling.

This event is free and open to the public. The Faulkner County Library will not be open for library services during this after-hours event.
